Claudine and Jean-Marc Salomon Foundation
The Claudine and Jean-Marc Salomon Foundation for Contemporary Art was founded in 2001 to bring awareness to the contemporary creations. With an expansive audience, the non-profit foundation located in Annecy, France organizes exhibitions, presentations, and conferences as well as publishing books and monographs.
Claudine and Jean-Marc Salomon have decided to enhance their commitment to today's art by creating the SALOMON FOUNDATION RESIDENCY AWARD. Each year since 2015 this prize will be awarded to an emergent visual artist from one of the world's seventy-seven francophone countries.
